You didn't look hard enough ;-)

In the wiki, for example, http://geuz.org/getdp/wiki/ThermalProblem 
contains a formulation with a Neumann BC ("Galerkin{[-Flux[],{T}]...").

Two things to pay attention to:

1) the domain of integration has to be included in the FunctionSpace
(cf. Sur_The/Tot_The in the wiki example)

2) you need to specify the appropriate Jacobian for the boundary
integration (cf. JSur in the wiki example)
