[Getdp] problem compiling PETSc on Windows 7 64-bit

Hello,

I tried to compile PETSc as it is decribed on 
"https://geuz.org/trac/getdp/wiki/PETScCompile" but I failed.

When I execute this :
./configure --CC=/usr/bin/i686-w64-mingw32-gcc.exe 
--CXX=/usr/bin/i686-w64-mingw32-g++ 
--FC="/usr/bin/i686-w64-mingw32-gfortran.exe -fno-range-check 
-fsecond-underscore" --with-debugging=0 --with-clanguage=cxx 
--with-shared-libraries=0 --with-x=0  --download-mumps=0 
--download-parmetis=0 --download-scalapack=0 --download-blacs=0 
--download-umfpack=0 --with-mpi-dir="/cygdrive/c/Program Files (x86)/MPICH2"

I get this error message :
          UNABLE to CONFIGURE with GIVEN OPTIONS    (see configure.log 
for details):
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--with-mpi-dir=/cygdrive/c/Program Files (x86)/MPICH2 did not work


I installed Cygwin, mpich2-1.4.1p1-win-ia32.msi and 
petsc-lite-3.1-p7.tar.gz.
