[Getdp] SystemCommand under Windows

Dear GetDP users,

I am trying to use the procedure SystemCommand[] to run a shell program
under windows during "Resolution". During processing, the console prints a
line showing that the function has been called, but the external program is
not run. Is that function really implemented under windows? If so, can
someone give me an example showing how to use it?
