[Getdp] Error : GetDP - '/.../Motor0.geo', line 30 : syntax error (()

Hi List,
Hope you can help me with the following issue: I have a motor geometry
'Motor0.geo' that is apparently meshed with Gmsh without any issues, however
when I open ŒMotor0.pro¹, it triggers an error during GetDP check. The error
is shown below,

The line 30 in file ŒMotor0.geo¹ is the following (by the way, all
parameters have been previously initialized):

M_aai = ( 2/beta )*Asin( M_w / ( 2*oRr ) ) ;

I wonder why no error is shown when open 'Motor0.geo¹ instead of
ŒMotor0.pro¹. Hope you can give a clue, also I can send more information on
what the files have in them if required.
