[Getdp] Help with constrains for non parallel periodic walls

Along with saying hello, I would like to ask about how to set restrictions
with phase shift for each Cartesian axis when using periodicity in
non-parallel planes.
Our job is to simulate a cylindrical waveguide section, and so far we have
managed to simulate periodicity in the parallel faces (with and without
phase shift) but we have problems to add phase shift to non-parallel faces,
since it is necessary set constraints for each x, y, z axis.
in our case, we have:
Ex(Port1) = Ex(Port2)
Ey(Port1) = -Ey(Port2)
Ez(Port1) = Ez(Port2)
