Kenny - do you want to generate a volume mesh using your triangulation
as the initial surface mesh? At the moment, this is not possible with
Gmsh: you have to explicitely define the geometrical surfaces first.

We plan to include such a capability in the future, though, allowing
e.g. to use STL data sets for the surface representation.
