[Gmsh] Triangle with angle option

Hi Christophe,

I'm pleasure to use gmsh with mandrake 9.0, but with command line, cause i
don't have resolve my display trouble (cause is ATI driver, perhaps). I use
Showme to display result, after translator use.

I make some meshing test with Triangle algorithm. I  would like to know how
to switch on the quality mesh option, with Angle criterion, which exist
inside Shewchuk algorithm ?
