[Gmsh] Pb with Extrusion

Hi!

I am trying to mesh a quarter of a given structure by extruding it by 
rotation.
If I recombine the mesh while extruding it, everything is OK!
But if I don't, Gmsh produces degenerated tetrahedrons : elements with 
zero Jacobians.
It is somehow estonishing since the recombined mesh is based on the 
regular one, no?
