[Gmsh] install notes 1.54.1

Hi All,

I had a problem with extracting the source, 1.54.1. 
This is for win98, my TAR, 1.13.25-5, is in a recent Cygwin.
It gave me this:

$ tar xvf /GMSH/source/gmsh-1.54.1-source.tgz.tar
tar: This does not look like a tar archive
tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

My usual extractor is the freeware IZArc, I 
usually like it pretty well, but with this archive
it scrambled things.  Searched and found reference to 7-Zip,
another freeware extractor, tried it, liked it.

Compile and build went very smooth.
