Hi - your "Physical Surface(30)" is wrong: you specify the elementary 
region numbers explicitly in the extrusions (Layers{n2,**90**,1}, etc.), 
but you don't use these numbers afterwards.

Replacing "Physical Surface(30) = {26,22,18,14,6,10};" with "Physical 
Surface(30) = {90,91,93,94,95,96};" should fix the problem.
