[Gmsh] Compile whith Cygwin

You have to do a "make clean" after ./configure (or in this case just 
remove Graphics/gl2jpeg.o before recompiling).

It should be in /usr/lib. If it's not, just run the cygwin installer 
(setup.exe) to install it.
