[Gmsh] bug in isotropic mesh generator

Dear Christophe Geuzaine,

 

I have encountered a bug in the isotropic mesh generator. With the geo
file attached, you can see the symptom yourself.

The 2 D mesh generates elements outside the geometry contour in case of
a small radius.

 

Use isotropic algorithm, then mesh>1d>2d, then zoom in at the smallest
radius (0,1).
