[Gmsh] gmsh bug report

Hello,
I was "playing" with gmsh, to study a 3D model (see attachment), and after adding the commands for the physical volume #293, the 3D mesh generator crashes... I guess that there is a singularity in the .geo model, because normally I can run bigger problems without troubles. For sure I can manage the problem using other commands to build the same geometry, but I sent anyway this report for your ease.
