[Gmsh] error in evaluation surface

Cristian - In the file "two-disk.geo", the "Plane Surface" 50 is not 
plane: the hole (line loop 48) is not in the same plane as the exterior 
contour.

You probably want to change

Plane Surface(50) = {36, 42, 48};

into

Plane Surface(50) = {36, 42};
