[Gmsh] Command line arguments on Windows

The previous email is the questions about command line arguments under linux.
 
I still have a question regarding this issue on Windows OS where I don't wamt GUI popping up. When I put '-3 ' (3D mesh generation)  after ">>Gmsh.exe model.geo" on the command line in MS-Dos window. It fails to do 3D mesh generation. It just initializes GUI of Gmsh if you put other arguments. 
 
Could you suggest a way to do this?
