[Gmsh] Again 2D meshing problem

thanx dave,

this helped a lot. now i got it running.

well, it's the geometry i need. but actually it's not been the real
reason. but with your help i found the real reason by myself:
the large characteristic lengths on the exterior box were larger than the
box width. this obviously got gmsh confused. if i use a broader exterior
box, it works. simple as that.
