[Gmsh] import CAD geom with multiple volumes

Dear GMESH experts:

I really enjoy using gmsh. It is very useful to me so far for CFD
projects.

Now, I am starting a new Transient Heat Transfer project. This is an
enclosure with several mechaincal components inside the enclosure. The
complex geometry was generated using SolidWorks (this CAD file is an
assembly, not a single part). SolidWorks can export to stl format. When
I saved the assembly to stl format and imported into gmsh, it looks like
gmsh cannot distinguish all the different volumes. Is there a way to
handle complex geometry like this in gmsh? Thanks!

Best Regards,

Pei-Ying
