[Gmsh] 2D time plots

I think I understand: you should not set the range mode to "per time 
step" for such a plot, since if you do the min/max values will be the 
same... Just revert to "Default" (or "Custom") and you should be fine.

Yes, sorry: "Time step" is how it is called in the new version.
