[Gmsh] MED format (learn to speak French)

Or wait for a few months. I believe the MED people are in the process of 
translating the code and the docs into English.

Also, I wouldn't use MED in Gmsh for now: it's highly experimental, 
undocumented, and is known to contain bugs...
