[Gmsh] maillage 3D

Hello

I am doing some calculation for soils and concrete in interaction with CODE
ASTER using GMSH (This is my first use of GMSH).

I've joined my meshing file and I don't understand why with Aster I have the
following message: "présence de mailles aplaties", which means there is
flattened meshs.

Can you help me!!!
