[Gmsh] numbering from nodes from zero does not work ?

Hello Nicolas - it's a "feature": you should never use 0 as a tag, as
we use 0 as a special tag in many places to mean "there is no tag".

Apparently we forgot to document this, so I'll make sure we update the
doc for the next release.
