[Gmsh] nodal coordinates

Hi,

    I have a couple of questions about the meshing procedures inside  
gmsh. When an elementary entity (line/surface/volume) is defined and  
meshed, do the created nodes have local non-dimensionalized  
coordinates in their respective line/surface/volume definitions?
    If so, is it possible to get these printed, or have access to them  
through an API?

    I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.
