[Gmsh] quad at gmsh

Dear,

I would like to generate a quadrilateral mesh on a domain in 2 dim.
Can gmsh(version 2.1.1) do that?
I think that there is a screenshot with a quadrilateral mesh 
in the webpage.
But I couldn't find a command in the user interface.
Actually, there was an entity, that seemed to be related with
generating a quadrilateral mesh, Recombine algorithm, on Tools.
It has two options, one is Mixed Tri-Quads, the other All Quads.
However, All Quads option is not an active one.

Is there a way to generate a quad mesh?
