[Gmsh] Extrude point numbers

Hello Michael,

As you said, the torus is formed by the extrusion of the four lines 
51,52,53,54.
But the extrusion process of lines creates surfaces.
These surfaces 70,74,78,66 which appear in
Physical Surface(79) = {70,74,78,66};
are created during the extrusion process of lines 51,52,53,54.

But be careful. The surface 66 which appears in the definition of
Physical Surface(79) = {70,74,78,66};
has nothing to do with the Physical Surface(66).
Surface 66 created during extrusion of line 54 is different than the 
Physical Surface(66) made from Surfaces 62 and 61.

You would find help by making the different elements numbers visible:
Tools -> Options... -> Geometry -> Visibility
and check the Point, Line, Surface numbers.
