[Gmsh] Gmsh algorithm parameter

Hello,

on 2.2.5 (OS X), setting Mesh.Algorithm = 6 in the .gmsh-options file  
is well taken into account but does not show up in the mesh section of  
the option window, MeshAdapt+Delaunay is displayed instead.
