Hello Kun,

Yes, you can indeed do that, if your triangulation is closed i.e. it 
forms one (or more) closed
volumes. What you can do is :

    Create a project file ( project.geo)  
    Merge the triangulation (Merge "triangulation.stl";)
    Create volumes through the interface
    Do the volume mesh
