[Gmsh] something really trivial

Hi,

Following interesting find. I deleted the directory that gmsh was using 
as a working directory, since then I cannot navigate to any new 
directory through gmsh File->open

> Tools->Options->General->Output->Restore defaults options
I tried this with no effect.

Under windows I cannot find such a file. Is there some other place I can 
try to find settings and erase all of them?
