[Gmsh] Import Nastran files

Hi i am new at FEM mesh generation, so i apologize for a dumb question 
upfront .
i am working with collegues of mine in Japan who use Nastran for FEM 
mesh generation
and it does sound from the user manual as if Nastran files could be 
imported , but i could
not find how. i did try to load the files but this did not work
