[Gmsh] Surface mesh creation

Hello Timm,

I don't know  how to do this using gmsh, but you might want to take a
look at www.cgal.org. They have a surface mesher for implicit surfaces
available (chapter 35 in the manual). Onve you have this surface mesh,
it should be pretty straight forward to generate a .geo file for it to
generate a volume mesh using gmsh.
