[Gmsh] Reproducible crash with big files

The best thing would be to run the code inside a debugger and try to 
locate where the crash happens.

We've never seen anything like this on our machines. Could it be a bug 
in the graphics card driver? Did anybody else of the list experience 
similar problems?
