Thanks, Christophe, I confirm that Gmsh (2.4.2-cvs-20090908-source)
MEDIT .mesh output now contains the Edges block so useful for boundary
conditions in two-dimensional problems.  I also confirm that on
setting the option Mesh.SaveElementTagType=2 (e.g. on the command line
with the -string option) I get the physical entity tag.  This is
great; thanks very much.
