[Gmsh] Voronoi tessellation

Hi,

the problem is that most of your Lines are defined twice, for example, Line 63 from point 44 to 42, and Line 71 from 
point 42 to 44 ...
If two triangles share a common edge/line, this common edge must be defined only once, and used in the definition of the 
Line Loop of the two surfaces.
