[Gmsh] Problem with meshing between surfaces

I think that I see what you want to do, but unfortunately the three volumes (number 30, 61 and 92) imported from your
nas mesh are only made of tetrahedras, there are no surface loops (or even surface elements) delimiting these volumes,
so I don't see how to define them as "holes" in the cylinder...
I don't know how you make these volumes and why you export them as a nas mesh, but a solution would be to define
directly in Gmsh the surface of these volumes...
