 Hello all!

I was wondering can i use gmsh for the following problem?
If i have two regular 1D images with some intensity variation and i want to project these pixels through a 2D image like in backprojection. Would it be possible to define a point always where the lines cross and then define new lines between points and then surfaces from these lines. Can i also then define an intensity value for the points, which is the sum of the intensities in the 1D images that backproject through the 2D image and that cross each other at single point.
e.g. if the other 1D image has an intensity value of 4 at x0 and the other 1D has value 2 at x1. Then these pixels are projected as lines through the 2D image and at the point where these lines cross, i define a point with a value 6.

thanks for any help!

Cheers,
toni
