[Gmsh] Triangles in .msh file

Thank you for replying. 
This is exactly what I wanted, and indeed the triangles in .msh files are
surface triangles ONLY.

What a wonderful piece of suggestion! I feel myself little stupid for not
thinking such an easy fix :)
