[Gmsh] Refine by splitting gives weird elements

Hi Florian,

can you try with a recent Development version (automated nightly builds) from the website ( 
https://geuz.org/gmsh/#Download ) ?

And reset the options ? (Tools->Options->General->Output->"Restore default options" ?
