[Gmsh] troube with 1:1 button

hello

happy new year to all

i have some troubles with 1:1 view button
when pushing it, it sets the view to zoom so that about one half to one
quarter of the whole model is only visible
i have this on Build date 20101015 shipped with Aster and also with
Build date 20111229
this does not seem to happen with all models,
 while it did not happen a while ago
i am doing anything wrong?
