[Gmsh] gmsh/bamg - use of bgm posfiles???

With latest svn gmsh the example bellow fails :

tetgenmesh::queue*): Assertion `!infected(neightet)' failed.

adaptation with the same metric provided by a bgm file
works fine (with the intersection of the given metric with the "default"
one disabled)
