[Gmsh] question regarding debug files

Hi,

I'm meshing a very complicated geometry that has also been generated in
Gmsh.

 

I see that Gmsh generates two files debugp.pos & debugr.pos

 

I cannot infer any useful information from these files. 

 

Can anyone kindly inform me about these files and the probable reasons for
these files being generated and the failure of mesh generation?
