[Gmsh] Re 0 element number

Thanks.  My problem is the node numbers.  One of them is 0 but the node 
numbers begin at 1:

$Nodes
411263
1 -499.483 -534.308 3413.74
...

Or should I ignore the explicit node number and count from 0?
