[Gmsh] Prescribe surface mesh with Delaunay for 3D?

Hi,

I've read the reference manual and I know that "... this (Delaunay 3D) algorithm will sometimes modify the surface mesh." I was wondering if anyone has found any trick to use Delaunay for 3D without modifying the surface mesh. I don't have to fix the meshes on all the surfaces, but I would like to prescribe the mesh on one face of a volume.
