[Gmsh] FW: It is possible to refine mesh in point using gmsh?

Hello,
Following your instruction I was able to refine a mesh in some points of an area.
 My last question concern the point of refining. is it possible that the point 29967 coincides with a vertex of a triangle? please see attached file.
Please let me knew if you have any farther question.
