[Gmsh] How to compile a simple API program

Hello all,

I'm just starting to use gmsh and its API. I'm currently trying to
compile one of the examples available in utils/api_demos/ but I'm
getting some troubles...


I've already compiled Gmsh without any problem. 

I think the problem comes from the mekafile, I don't know how to compile
those files. 

How should I use cmake to create the corresponding makefile for this
code?

Does anybody already have the Makefiles to compile those files
(utils/api_demos)?
