[Gmsh] degenerate quads / add points on edges when remeshing

Hi all,

i'm trying to generate an all-quad mesh, but i get some degenerate
quads (see files attached, i'm using last nightly build). Maybe i'm
just setting some option wrong? I play with many options: mesh
algorithm, mesh size, angles, etc but this is the best I could get...

At least I believe that if i let the meshing algorithm to insert
points to the edges it shouldn't be degenerated quads anymore, but I
don't know how to do it. It is actually possible to do in gmsh?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Cristobal.
