[Gmsh] creating mesh with a point cloud

Hello,
        I need to create a mesh with a point cloud in a rectangle. I want
the give points to be among the nodes of the mesh. I was able to generate a
mesh but some of the given points are not on the mesh nodes. Can you please
help me.
I have attached the snapshot of the mesh and .geo file.
