[Gmsh] Add an option for CMAKE to point to the OCC installation

Using the old ./configure it was possible to --with-occ=/path/to/occ

Its impossible to compile gmsh with OCC support using the new cmake method.

Even when adding OCC lib dir to /etc/ld.so.conf or by export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH gmsh CMAKE so not pick up the libraries.

Have both OCC 6.3 and 6.5.1sp1 compiled.
