[Gmsh] Problem with gmsh and freefem++

Dear Gmsh users,
I have a problem with saving a file in .msh format.
I use Gmsh together with FreeFem++: when using gmshload I have this message:

assertion fail:  (area > 0)

If I delete the physical surface in file .geo this error disappears, but I
have a wrong mesh (without the triangles in the surface)
