[Gmsh] Wrong definition of Ruled Surface 23: 6 borders instead of 3 or 4

Hi Matthias,

The "GEO export" is there for debugging only: the GEO format only supports a very tiny subset of what STEP files can contain.

Gmsh is designed to mesh STEP files directly; you should never translate between CAD formats.
