[Gmsh] how to intersect extruded parts ?

I don't believe that there are boolean operations on geometry in Gmsh.
Instead, use a CAD program and export the geometry in BRep or STEP formats
then Merge in Gmsh and mesh; FreeCAD is a choice that works.
