[Gmsh] gmsh crashes when elements are added to STEP data

Hi Matthias - "almost" : currently you can create surfaces and volumes that link CAD models (in this case OpenCASCADE and "GEO"), but not lines (yet). We just need to finish this... hopefully quite soon.
